Founder

Before founding Restaurant Reach, Matt spent over a decade building and running restaurants. His most recent venture was Red Knapp’s Dairy Bar in Rochester, Michigan - a 75 yearn old neighborhood staple on the verge of closing. Through sharp operations and creative social media marketing, Matt brought in sports stars, musicians, and customers from across the state, even collaborating with Gordon Ramsay. Under his leadership, the restaurant grew from a struggling six-figure business into a thriving seven-figure brand.

Co-Founder

Jun studied automotive and product design at CCS before leaving to pursue entrepreneurship. In 2021, he launched Honey Wings, a fast growing Korean QSR concept in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Using systems and social media, he scaled the business to seven-figures before exiting in 2024. Drawing on his background in design, business, and media, Jun went on to found Honey Wings Media in 2025, helping entrepreneurs build and grow their brands on social platforms.
